We do not offer refunds. If you ordered a item that is small or big on you, then you may exchanged it. Just simply email us at support@johnsaurus.com and put "Exchange Size Inquiry" for the Subject Line.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please read the store's shipping policy for more information.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes I do! I have shipped to United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and Canada so far.

Do you accept designs?

From time to time. Feel free to submit them in at support@johnsaurus.com and we will forward them to our Art Department.

How did Johnsaurus began?

It all started out when I had graduated from Rio Mesa High School in 09'. I've always wanted to start my own art career but couldn't figured how to start. I wanted to get my art and my name out somehow because I was influenced by graffiti art alot, but knew that I couldn't do it without getting in trouble and decided to play by the RULES, So I thought why not spread my art on clothing?! I wanted to come up with a unique theme for my clothing brand.

And it hit me! Since I loved dinosaurs when I was little and I still love em, I thought to myself that if I were a dinosaur, my name would be "Johnsaurus" and it hit me right in the bonkers! I was gonna start a dino/superhero trend! I wanted to start off with a dinosaur, but I didn't know what dinosaur to start out with first, because they were all so interesting! First thought of a dinosaur that came to head was a stegosaurus.

So I drew up a stegosaurus and had it printed on 50 shirts, one day at the basketball courts in Riverpark, I told all my friends that were there and said I have my own line called "Johnsaurus". They were interested in buying them and on the first day of school, they all wore it on the same day! Kids were confused and interested in learning more about this dino trend. After my limited edition shirts sold out in a moment, I made more unique dinosaur shirts and a couple of my friends were interested in helping me out on selling them!

Then gave me an idea to start building a team filled with optimistic people called "The Mystery Solving Hooligans" and started my own online shop. After starting my own online shop, it surprised me that the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and Canada has ordered some Johnsaurus merch! Johnsaurus was continuing to grow and go forth! A GIGANTIC thanks and love to my supporters, friends, and family for making this happen. <3
